Details

According to Bocard et al. (2011), silouhette width is "a measure of the degree of membership of an object to its cluster, based on the average distance between this object and all objects of the cluster to which it belongs, compared to the same measure computed for the next closest cluster". The silouhette final plot is a barplot that shows silouhette widths for all objects belonging its recpective group, given the number of groups specified by the analyst.
